How to prepare for your nail experience
SALON POLICIES
Any guest who has a scheduled service is required to provide Love Lush Nail & Spa with a non-refundable credit card deposit in the amount of 50% of the estimated cost for services at the time the appointment is scheduled. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Your appointment and services are reserved personally just for you.
- If a cancellation occurs the non-refundable deposit will be charged to the credit card as a cancellation fee.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment with a rebooking fee of $20.
- In the event that a guest does not show up for a scheduled appointment, 100% of the remaining balance of the service(s) that you were scheduled for will be charged to the credit card on file.
Please inform us at time of scheduling of any health conditions, allergies, special needs or concerns you have. Your safety is important to us & some services may not be appropriate for certain conditions. We will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions, whether they are a direct or indirect result of any products or services we offer in our salon.
We reserve the right to refuse service to:
- Anyone in ill health or with a nail condition that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our services.
- Rude, abusive or disrespectful people who disrupt the atmosphere of our clients and technicians.
- Anyone who does not comply with our policy.
